While the support site is accessible and technical support requests can be made without a support account, not all features are available without an account.
If you have previously emailed Unify Technical Support, you already have an account within the system and may only need to create a password. When signed into your support account all open and solved technical support tickets are available to view allowing users to reference previously solved tickets and update current open tickets directly in the browser. If your position is one with direct reports your user account permission level can be modified by Unify Technical Support so that all technical support tickets for your organization can be viewed.
Having a support account also allows the user to follow articles, community forum posts and topics within the support site. Making it even easier to find articles or post for future reference.
Creating a support account is easy. Just select the sign in link on the support site then select sign up or if you have previously emailed Unify Technical Support select the get a password link.
